Skating is one of
my favorite hobbies. My father and his sister introduced me to skating
when I was two years old, and for a while I loved it until I stopped
skating for a year. Until this day I still don't know what made me stop
skating for that long, but my love for skating encouraged me to continue.
As I got older, I started taking skating seriously. As I watched other
advanced skaters, I wanted to learn more than the basics. I started
practicing what I saw and became determined to learn more and more.
Before I knew it I had reached my goal of becoming a good skater and
I'm still learning.
Skating has become
a form of aromatherapy, it has released stress and anger, and because
of this I plan to keep skating for as long as I can and through the
Butterflys' I plan to learn and grow physically, mentally, emotionally,
and socially.
